Return Policy

I found out exactly WHY no brick and mortar store carries Maldene; it's listed as No Return.  That means that since no store can ever return any copies then none will risk buying any in the first place.  My publisher, Publish America, states in their policy that if you buy direct from them then no returns, but if you buy through their distributor Ingram then Ingram handles returns.  Apparently not.
